IMPACT OF THE EVENT

The initiative helped job seekers not only craft compelling and professional resumes that better reflected their abilities and efforts, but also acquire the knowledge to properly comprehend and analyze which elements employers tend to be on the lookout for in such documents. By training them how to better write their resumes and how to assess those of others, we hope that they in turn transfer what they learned to the rest of the local community who might have much to say about their abilities but may be unable to effectively communicate that potential to others. A robust platform for Careers at NEOM was also created to help better provide the community with accessible paths to exciting job positions with NEOM and our partners. Applicants are given the opportunity to undergo specific training that advances their abilities and qualifies them for the jobs they seek through the platform.
