IMPACT OF THE EVENT

With the support of the Dulani Business Center of the Social Development Bank and the Council of NGOs in Tabuk, the initiative empowered local artists through intensive training programs and incentives that offered them the chance to finally see their skills flourish. Their passion for preserving the region’s legacy through traditional handicrafts was met with heartwarming excitement at a 5-day bazaar at Tabuk’s Park Mall specially prepared to display their works and transform their talents from mostly part-time hobbies to financially rewarding local design brands that would then sustain their incomes and help them prosper. Throughout the initiative’s run, and the exposure that the participating artists benefited from in NEOM’s communities, during the Saudi National Day, as well as in OXAGON, they amassed a total revenue of more than 150,000 Saudi Riyals, kickstarting the careers that they have been dreaming of.
