Since 2022 our journey began with the NPO Empowerment Program strategically designed to foster the growth and development of non profit organizations NPOs in NEOM and Tabuk As part of NEOM SR’s core functions the program equips NPOs with the experiences and tools necessary to enhance their contribution to social development on a broader scale guided by NEOM SR objectives The program was launched in three phases The first phase involved conducting a comprehensive study of local NPOs The second phase focused on enhancing human capabilities NEOM SR has successfully implemented the first and second phases The third phase involves developing a strategic plan to empower NPOs providing tools programs and initiatives that enhance the overall progress of this sector
